Can I come to the sale without having reserved?

To access our sales, it is strongly recommended to reserve a time slot in advance. If the sale is complete, we advise you to stay on the
lookout for a potential cancellation.
After that, you can always try to come but it will be haphazard!
You will only be allowed to access it if the crowds allow it (health instructions oblige).

How do I cancel my reservation?

All you have to do is go to the site where you made your reservation and enter your login details.

You will then have the possibility to cancel your time slot directly and to reserve another one if you wish.

How can I pay?

In view of the current health situation, we only take credit and debit cards, preferably contactless.

Can I get a refund for a plant?

Any plant purchased during our sales cannot be refunded or exchanged

Will you have stock during your plant sales?

We make sure to have the stock to satisfy all our visitors.

The ephemeral sale format means that there is always less choice at the end of the sale.

This is why we advise you to come as soon as possible to have as many choices as possible.

Will you have this plant?

We love surprises and we want to keep the suspense until the day you come.

You will have to wait until you get to the sale to discover our different plants.

Is it possible to have the plants purchased during the sales delivered?

We do not yet have the possibility to organise deliveries. All the plants bought at the pop-up, will leave directly in your arms.
